Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you replacement / exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at the time of receipt and due to our error. The time limit for exchange will also be 30 days from the date of invoice.

Please drop an email at with the details of purchase and error with the device. Our team shall review your replacement request. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.

Once your replacement is approved, our service team shall get in touch with you and provide you the shipment address to return the device. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and subsequent replacement intimation will follow.


To return your product, our team will get in touch with you after we approve the return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, depending on where you live.
